What's the difference between the plans?
Starter and Growth are the same package — custom design, hosting, 7-day support, and free changes & expansions — priced from $50 to $100/month depending on the size of your site. Nothing is held back for a higher tier. Custom is only for extra needs beyond that, like e-commerce, multi-location, or larger builds, which we scope and quote directly.
What counts as a "free change or expansion"?
Updating text, photos, hours, or pricing; adding a new page or section; adding a form, booking widget, or similar feature. If you're ever unsure whether something qualifies, ask — we'll tell you plainly.
How does support work?
You can reach us any day of the week, not just weekday business hours, on every plan. Message us and a real person on our team will follow up.
Is there a separate setup or design fee?
The monthly rate for your plan is what you pay. We'll walk through the specifics of your project on the first call, and Custom plans are quoted directly before anything is agreed.
